How It Works

One system, start to finish.

Every step below reads off the same record — nothing gets re-typed, re-entered, or lost crossing from one screen to the next.

STEP 1

Online Reservations

A guest books straight from your website. It checks your real table capacity and lands on the Host screen instantly.

STEP 2

Host & Floor Plan

Seat them by tapping the actual table on your floor plan — no clipboard, no walking the room to see what's open.

STEP 3

Kitchen Display

The server fires the order and the right station sees it immediately, learned pacing and all.

STEP 4

Private Events & BEOs

Booking a buyout instead? The same system drafts the BEO and opens a client portal automatically.

STEP 5

Payments & Accounting

Deposits and balances are paid online and synced straight into QuickBooks — nothing re-typed at month's end.

Why DocketBEO

One login. Every part of the room.

Most restaurants run five or six logins to cover what's on this page — a booking platform, a POS, kitchen display, private-event software, a scheduling app, and a spreadsheet to reconcile it all by hand. DocketBEO is the one that actually talks to itself.

01

No booking-network cut

Guests reserve straight off your own site. No per-cover fee, no OpenTable-style network taking a piece of your own regulars.

02

One login, not three

Reservations, the floor, the kitchen, private events, and payments all run off the same record — nothing re-typed crossing from one screen to the next.

03

Pacing that actually learns

Kitchen predictions aren't a guess — they learn each station's real speed from its own ticket history and adjust automatically.

04

Same system for the big nights

A buyout doesn't need separate event software. The BEO, client portal, deposits and invoicing live in the same account as tonight's dinner service.

05

Reconciled automatically

Every online payment syncs straight into QuickBooks the moment it clears — no export, no re-keying at month's end.

06

No demo, no call

Pricing is on this page. Sign up and run tonight's service — nobody's going to put you through a discovery call to find out what it costs.

From the Founder

Why We Built This

Nineteen years in professional kitchens — the last decade in executive chef and general manager roles, running the pass and, more often than not, the books too. I know what it takes to build something real in this industry: I helped turn a struggling venue into one of the busiest event spaces in the region.

Then I moved on. Not long after, so did the events manager — and they took a lot of what they knew with them. Client history, menu notes, the little details nobody had ever written down. The next team had to rebuild it from scratch, and a few promises to clients got lost along the way.

That's not a people problem. It's a systems problem — and it's exactly the kind software should solve.

So I started fixing it: a real record for events, instead of one person's memory. But the same problem was everywhere else in the building too. The floor plan lived in a host's head. The kitchen ran on a printer nobody fully trusted. The schedule was a photo of a whiteboard, texted around every Sunday. None of it talked to the other, and none of it survived someone walking out the door.

DocketBEO exists so your business's details stay with your business, not with whoever happens to be holding them today. The reservation, the table, the ticket, the invoice, the schedule — all of it on the record, visible to whoever's running the floor tonight.

We built the tool we needed back then. Then we built the rest of the room.
