Steps to Request Deletion

  1. Email hello@docketbeo.app from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request."
  2. Tell us which kind of deletion you want: just your own login (if you're one of several team members on a venue), or your entire venue(if you're the owner and closing your business out of DocketBEO entirely).
  3. We reply to confirm and verify it's really you, then complete the deletion — see the timeline below.

No app install or login is required to submit this request — email works whether or not you still have access to your account.

Data Deleted

Depending on which option above you chose, we permanently delete:

  • Your name, email address, login credentials, and profile information
  • If deleting an entire venue: all of that venue's events, client and guest information, menus, internal messages, and team member access

Data Retained, and For How Long

We complete deletion requests within 30 days of verifying your identity. A limited set of information is kept beyond that where required by law or legitimate business need:

  • Billing and transaction records, retained as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years)
  • Information related to an active fraud, abuse, or security investigation, retained until that investigation closes
  • Aggregated or de-identified data that no longer identifies you, which may be kept indefinitely
